Terms and Conditions

Booking Policies:

• Calendar: Our booking calendar opens monthly on the 20th at 8 PM for the following month.

• Retainer Fee: A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee is required and goes towards your service. A $3 processing fee will be added to your final balance.

• Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period. Please be seated within this time to avoid cancellation.

• Scheduling: Book your appointment with enough time before your event (e.g., if your event is at 6 PM, book your appointment for 3 PM). Weekends are busy, so allow for possible delays.

VIP and Rescheduling:

• VIP Slots: VIP slots are $175 and include before hours, after hours, same day, Monday, and Sunday appointments.

• Rescheduling: Reschedules must be made 48 hours before your appointment. Late reschedules will forfeit the deposit.

• No Shows: No call/no shows will be charged the remaining balance. Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid.

Personal Information:

• Booking Info: Use your real name when booking. Provide a valid email and phone number to receive your confirmation.

• Confirmation: Confirmation texts are sent the night before or the morning of your appointment. Respond by 8 AM on the day of your appointment. No response will result in cancellation.

• Contact Us: If you do not receive a confirmation text, please contact us to confirm your appointment.

Appointment Preparation:

• Preparation: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, arched/cleaned eyebrows, and exfoliated skin. Ensure you do not have blisters, open wounds, or any symptoms of illness.

• Payment: The remaining balance is payable in cash only.

Additional Services:

• Classes: Classes are available Monday to Friday. A $250 deposit via Zelle is required within 24 hours of booking. Classes can be rescheduled up to twice. Confirmation texts must be replied to before the class.
